First Appointment Deposit
A deposit is taken to hold your first appointment spot, which is applied to the price of your appointment on the day. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 24+ hours notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows. New patient bookings made by phone also require a deposit.
Children & Babies
Please book your child or baby's appointment using their name and details, not yours. This keeps clinical records accurate and ensures the right reminders are sent.

Cancellations
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, which lets us offer the time to another patient on the wait list. To cancel, please call us on 02 6680 9991 or reply to your appointment confirmation email.

Book a First Appointment Chiropractic Consultation. This covers your first visit whether you are coming in for paediatric care, Neuro Emotional Technique, or regular chiropractic care.
If you are coming in specifically for endonasal cranial correction as a new patient, book the First Chiropractic + EndoNasal appointment instead.
If the time you need is not showing online, please call the clinic on 02 6680 9991. We keep a waitlist for cancellations and can often fit you in sooner.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately, followed by a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. New patient forms are sent through ahead of time so you can fill them in at home and save time on the day.

No referral is required to book a chiropractic appointment in Australia. Chiropractors are primary healthcare practitioners, which means you can book directly. If you have been referred by a GP under a Chronic Disease Management Plan, please bring the referral and Medicare card to your appointment.
